Ergonomic over-ear cable loops hold the headphones comfortably secure, whether you are lying on the MAT or moving with the Strap. Lie back, close your eyes, and forget they are there.

Crystal-clear housings put the engineering on display. The driver and the wiring inside are there to be seen, with the Woojer mark set on top, so the earbuds look as considered as they sound. A silver braided cable that shrugs off tangles. Left and right, clearly marked.
Works with every Woojer.
MAT, Vest or Strap: plug into the 3.5 mm output and the built-in headphone amplifier does the rest. Any other 3.5 mm source works too.

Where does Woojer ship from, and how long does delivery take?
From the warehouse closest to you: United States, United Kingdom (London), European Union (Netherlands) or Hong Kong. The delivery estimate for your address is shown at checkout, and you receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
In the UK and the EU, no: VAT is included in the price you see, so nothing is charged at the door. In the US, state sales tax is added at checkout. Orders to Canada, Norway, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other regions outside the US and EU may be charged local import taxes on delivery; checkout tells you before you pay.
What is the Woojer return policy?
Thirty days, your call. If a Woojer product is not for you within 30 days of delivery, request a return authorisation through support and send it back in its original box with all accessories for a refund.
What warranty comes with Woojer products?
A 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the day it is delivered. If anything is wrong, we repair it, replace it or refund it. Your woojer.com order number is your proof of purchase.
Is Woojer HSA/FSA eligible²?
Yes, for qualified US customers, through our partner Truemed: the MAT, MAT Plus, MAT Pro, Vest 4 and Strap 4. Select Truemed at checkout, complete a short health assessment reviewed by a licensed provider, and pay with your HSA or FSA card. HSA/FSA tax savings vary.
